Internet connection problems

I have the latest iphone (S8) and I hate it. Connecting to the Internet, downloading are problematic. If I am fortunate to do either, it takes forever.

I've restarted, reset, factory reset... I'm out if ideas. HELP

iphone (S8) ? Are certain that you have an Apple phone?
