Computer is not booting up.

Hello,
I have a problem in my computer. Problem is that when I power on my computer cpu will run properly its light are on , mouse light are also on but my keyboard light is not getting on and my monitor shows that there is no signal from the current input. Please help me in this topic.

What is the make and model of the machine, please?

Motherboard is of Gigabyte
Monitor is of LG
Cabinet is of Lancool
Processor is of intel i7 core
Power Supply Corsair
Ram Corsair 4gb
Are they are sufficient???

If you built the machine, make certain you have a piezo speaker attached before proceeding. If it was bought, it should have one. Take out the RAM, and boot without the RAM. DOes it beep? If it DOES NOT, the Motherboard is bad!
