Hello. I'm trying to regain access to a CPL of my email accts that got taken over by my x wife. She is web developer and has been tracking and messing with my accounts for a year now. Recovery email has changed and even the option to recover isn't there on some of them. Any help wld be great

I'm sorry it's my Gmail account. And Microsoft accounts. The Microsoft one there is no recovery option for some reason and the Gmail acct recovery has been changed

yes I've tried several links. my recovery email has been changed to something I don't know. and my email has a dot in the name of it now

I suggested that you follow the instructions in link I gave you not any other link. If you remember the last password which you used successfully you should be able to recover your account.

the recovery email account has been changed. so the last password I knew of is no good.

You have not carefully read the instructions in the link I gave you. It does not matter if the recovery email was changed. Read again.
