Monitor shows no signal

Hello sir, (sorry for bad english)
Today I'm install new 8gb ram(adata 2400 mhz) and I'm also add my previous 4gb ram(adata 2400 mhz) .first time pc boot up with an error and then after restarting it's show no signal. I'm already try everything change ram or also change slot and put only one ram also but it still show no signal. Please can you tell me what the exact problem happened.
Pc configuration
Processor : amd ryzen 3 2200g
Motherboard : Asus a320m-k
Ram : 8 gb (try to add 4gb also)
Storage : sata HDD 500 gb

Your English is not so bad.

Is this a computer that you built?

What was the error shown after you first installed the new ram?

Do you get a signal with the old previous 4gb ram?

What is your operating system?

Error is your pc ran into problem
And I'm using windows 10 64bit
After error pc stuck on no signal

It certainly looks like a video card issue
