Hello,

You will have to boot the system on safe mode and do a system restore!! this can fix the problem

HI i have a sony laptop and after having it on for two days the next time i started it up the screen goes black but after a while the mouse icon comes up. but after that nothing happens, does anyone know what the problem is. i am currently testing the windows 7 rc
