Hello, Years ago, and I mean like 2005-06, I had Musicmatch Jukebox. Is this the same?

Oops...forgive me. I'm very old -- 75. There is a "download" button, and before I download what is indicated as Musicmatch Jukebox, I need to know if it is the same as what I had in 2005-07. The "this" is in reference to the Musicmatch Jukebox at CCM. I am extremely computer/technological ignorant.

Unfortunately, it will not run in my Windows 7. I lost so much music that I had paid for when Yahoo ended Music Match. Oh, well. Thanks, anyway.
