Am Eliud, i changed the phone number i did register facebook with and now am having a

 problem with the confirmation code, plz plz help

If you created your account on your phone there is nothing you can do.  

You can however seek help from the Facebook help centre:

Ok, so let me make certain that I understand the situation.  You have changed your number, and therefore you cannot get the code, because Facebook has a different number on the account?  Is this correct?  Lets see what facebook kforum says aabout that:

I will give you the short and sweet of it, the facebook forum thread was closed with no resolution, as Their STAR contributor answered with:
"Well that's about the only way you can get it back is to connect with FB."
