BSNL WIFI Modem connecting to mobile but no internet.

I am using BSNL type 2 modem and I am getting internet to my system. when i connect Modem wifi to my mobile phone wifi will be connected but there will be no internet in mobile phone, in mobile data is in range of only 0.5kb/s to 1.5kb/s. I changed static Ip and tried but no use, mobile phone iam using is vivo y69

OK, so how do you know you aren't connecting? Does it crash? So does alot of oterhs. There is a problem with that phone and the internet. Nothing anyone can do about it. Read about all of the crashes when connecting to internet here:
