Computer Freezing

Good morning/Afternoon,
so when i power up my computer, the black screen introducing you to the computer hardware (ACER) comes up on the screen like normal before beginning the rest of the boot process. For some reason, it just stops there and wont boot further. i cant even get a chance to hit the bios key or anything. options?

Try booting with 1 ram or removing graphic card or any additional PCIE card.
