My Labtop Won't Load Anything

So I turn on my labtop, which is a vista(Lenovo) just to clarify it, and I log in and every program I have crashes (It even says it does). Now, I can't use my anti-virus, internet, or even windows explorer. Does anyone know if there is any possible way to fix my computer? (P.S: I'm on a different computer, obviously)

Hye

Just start your laptop on safe mode! Then do a system restore from a date when your pc was working fine!!
