Hi,

If you haven't logged into your account for 12 months, Yahoo will proceed to his deletion. Inactive accounts are automatically deleted after that period.

Will you then be able to signup with that id once deleted?

It may not be possible to reuse the same username.

Why not if its deleted peramently off the server and how do I know if a praticular id will be available or not beside trying to signup? Could it be that suspended banned ids Are not reused but inactive is this is pure speculation.

According to Yahoo's help page, once the account is deleted, you won't be able to use the same username.
