I recently upgraded my iPhone from a 7 to an Xs. In doing so, I lost all my points. I have my player ID. Is there a way to get my points back?

Hello, as you've changed phones it may not be possible.

You could try contacting the app creator directly and asking if it is possible to transfer accounts from different phones without losing your points.

That's the hard part. Would you know how to do that? I tried looking through Phantom EFX (it's company).

Reading through some of the reviews on the App Store...it doesn't fill me with hope. There are a number of comments criticising the lack of customer support...

I've looked through the terms and conditions of their affiliate company, here and I didn't read anything about the transfer of an account from one phone to another.

Seeing as it is still your account, and your ID hasn't changed, maybe it will take a few days for your previous points to return.

I did however find a possible contact mail for you to try: android@jackpotpartycasino.zendesk.com
