Hello, I've got a Samsung TV too.
It sounds like your TV is still in the shop demo mode (which displays adverts). Follow these steps to put it into Home mode.
You should then not get the adverts anymore.

It sounds like your TV is still in the shop demo mode (which displays adverts). Follow these steps to put it into Home mode.
- Click Menu on your remote
- Go down the menu to Support
- Go to Use Mode and select
- You should then see a choice on Home Use and Store Demo, select Home Use
You should then not get the adverts anymore.
