Hello, a possible 'quick' fix:
If possible try reconnecting a different monitor to check that its not that.
And if not, triple check all of the important connections.
Let me know how you get on!
- Remove your power cord and hold the power button down for 30 seconds to a minute and then connect it back and turn it on!
