Internet connection issue

Hello,
I have started new Airtel connection day before yesterday but yesterday nd today connection is not there what should I do. I called customer care number as well nd they said they will visit today but noone came. Kindly check it asap.


System Configuration: Android / Chrome 76.0.3809.132

Hello, you can try recontacting them and explaining that no one came.

Before that, you should check that everything is correctly connected to your Airtel box.

Since the lockdown period is going on, it will take approximately 2-3 days to establish your connection.

Since the lockdown period is going on. It may take more time. I suggest you to wait, then again connect to customer care after two days or three.
