My contacts list is empty.

Hello,

When I click on the 'Contacts' icon, nothing comes up. Nor, when I start to send an email, do suggested recipients pop up when I start typing a name. This is using Chrome browser.

If I use Firefox browser, everything works as it should.



System Configuration: Windows / Chrome 85.0.4183.83

Hi,

Clear Chrome's cookies and cache and check that you're using the latest version.

Then you just have to uninstall chrome and download and install again. Maybe there is a virus, you should use an anti virus for these type of bugs that keeps ruining your browser. A browser is very easy to target and attack as with the browser people surf internet. They use these bugs to control your browser to show you specific advertisements. So do uninstall it and install again. If the problem continues then you have to re install windows.
