Instagram AD problem.

Hello.
So it happened to me before I deleted my last businnes page because of this.So please help.
I promoted my post had 34 $ debt had 30 $ in my car realised it later paid manuaaly after.After that I couldnt promote my post it stuck in review.Even the ones I promoted before stucked in review when I tried again.So I closed that page
This time I had 0.06 $ debt to instagram even though I had money in my card they didnt take it.(like 3 weeks) .So I only realized it today now it stuck on review again old promoted posts stuck as well.
PLEASE HELP ME ASAP.I DONT WANTTO DELETE THIS ONE I PUT A LOT OF EFFORT.HELP PLEASE!
