Hello, what is the model / make of your laptop?

The wireless card in your laptop may not be compatible with the router or access point you are trying to connect with. Most quality AP's are backwards compatible and work with 802.11b, 802.11g, 802.11n.
What laptop do you have?

An outdated or incompatible network adapter driver can cause connection problems. Check to see if an updated driver is available. Select the Start button, start typing Device Manager, and then select it in the list. In Device Manager, select Network adapters, right-click your adapter, and then select Properties.
Another possible cause of the “no Internet, secured” error could be due to power management settings. You’ll most likely face this problem if you’re using Windows 10 creators update or Windows 10 Fall Creators Update versions.

Open a command prompt window, type ipconfig /release, then Enter. Type in ipconfig /renew, then Enter. Restart the computer.
Hope this might help you.
