How do you get back into instagram? Closed

Question

Hello, does anyone know a way that works to get back into instagram?

I was locked out for some reason they must have made up, something like suspicious activity. I have been unable to get in for months now. 

It never sends me a security code to get back in. It never sends me an email to reset my password. I have tried everything and cant find a way back in. 

By accident I somehow contacted them and they sent me back into the same cycle that produced no results. 

Any help appreciated. 

PS: I am using a desktop not a phone.

Hi,

As you're using Instagram on your PC, have you tried to clear your browser's cache and cookies? Try using this recovery page to get a login link so that you can reset your password to recover your account.

Check your email address including your Spam and Social folders once the link was sent. You may have to wait a few minutes before you receive a message, and make sure that your mailbox doesn't block emails from @instagram.com.

If you've also registered a phone number with your Instagram account, you can try to use it instead of your email to get the login link.

Thanks, I just tried and it just doesnt send the email. I tried opening another account with another email and their system didnt send that either. 

I will try clearing my browser and trying again but not hopeful at this stage. Thanks

yeah, I already tried. They must have blocked my account permenently. It never sends the email.

Sorry No. Its basically locked down. They locked it down permenently but dont have the decency to tell you.

That error is impossible to get past. From my perspective.
