How to fix my instagram promotions that are disabled?

I just got notified that instagram are disabling my promotions and that my account is restricted.

I have asked for reviews and haven’t got any reply yet. It has been 24 hours since I got the notification.

I believe I accidentally violated their ads policy by using a third party app to see my instagram insight as well as mass liking photos.

Is there a way I can fix this??
