Instagram Disabled Promotions

Hi, my Instagram promotion disabled has been going on for 4 days now, I have appealed and still nothing. It's putting my business at risk and we heavily use Instagram ads to promote. Our nature of business is purely food, so I have no idea why we have been restricted to do ads suddenly and have been restricted to 4 days long. Any ways or idea to speed things up?
