I have an Instagram account linked to my Facebook page. I still know the password, but when I log in, I find this message (We Detected An Unusual Login Attempt). But I changed my phone number and my old email has been deleted.
I tried to change the email through the Instagram settings via the Facebook page, but it does not work.

Hi, By Default your Instagram credentials will be the same as your Facebook credentials. If you changed your Facebook password after creating your Instagram, maybe your password is still the old password.
