Can't get login code

Hello, I'm here to ask a question. I unluckily log out of my fb account and now I can't get into my acc back. I remembered my password but I've done 2-factor authentication so i need to get log in code to log in to my account. But unfortunately , fb didn't send me the login code via gmail and message. I already submitted my ID card and any other information but i don't receive the code .What do i do to get the log in code.?

Hi,

First of all, follow these instructions on what to do when you haven't received the Facebook code as expected. If you still don't get the code, try resetting your Facebook password.
