Can't get login code

Hello, I'm here to ask a question. I unluckily log out of my fb account and now I can't get into my acc back. I remembered my password but I've done 2-factor authentication so i need to get log in code to log in to my account. But unfortunately , fb didn't send me the login code via gmail and message. I already submitted my ID card and any other information but i don't receive the code .What do i do to get the log in code.?
