Instagram won't let me post Stories (in weeks)

Hello,

I haven't been able to post stories on Instagram for more than a month, and it's really gross, since I use Instagram professionally.

I watched every video on how to fix it and it didn't work, at all. I keep seeing the "posting" or "couldn't upload. Try again".

I deleted & reinstalled the app, cleared the cache, logged out & in, etc. Reported the problem to IG, tried to contact them (yeah, good luck).

Anyone can do miracles?

Hi,

Have you tried with another phone as it seems that you can't post stories from yours? If the issue persists with the app, try posting your Instagram stories from your PC.

Yes, and it worked, thanks a bunch! But how is that possible, do I need a new phone?

Great! I don't think you need to change your phone - just make sure everything is up to date.

I think it's either a temporary issue with Instagram itself or an improper configuration of your phone - an app or a setting that interferes with Instagram.

Check your apps and try resetting your phone's settings to their default value to see if that helps. Otherwise, wait for future updates of Instagram.
