Franchise instagram account

Hello, I manage a corporate franchise account on Instagram. This means that I use the logos and content of the original brand with their explicit permission. Today, Instagram disabled my account for violating the Community Guidelines on account integrity and authentic identity. I have applied for reactivation, but there has been no response. I would like to ask if anyone knows whether there are any requests or permits that can be submitted in these franchise cases to prevent my account from being closed again.

Follow their rules carefully. Explain your account's purpose and permissions clearly, and be patient while waiting for Instagram's response. If the problem continues, consider getting legal help.
