Help with no sound on computer

Hello,
i went into manage devices and i believe i accidently deleated my friver or something for my sound car? now i have no sound at all on my computer. i tried to go back and do system restor but that feature was turned off so there were no go back dates i could go to and i dont have a windows cd or anything to reload windows. can anyone help

from manufacturer

or go to official website and download drivers
