Toshiba lap top not working

Hello,
My laptop (Toshiba Model PTM30A has a blank screen even though the PC is working

Please help

hi,

remove the battery, press and hold the power button for abaou 20 seconds and then plug it back again.

start the computer and note the result.

if the same thing happen, get it repaired.
