no sound and yellow exclamation on PCI Device Closed

Hello,
I have a Toshiba Satellite A135-S4656
I currently have no sound and trying to reinstall the driver failed.  I don't know where to download the driver from the Toshiba site.  I don't know which one is the PCI Device driver.   
Can someone walk me through this please!
