Internet connection problem with wireless Closed

Question

Hello,
I have a samsung laptop which I recently purchased. I am trying to connect to the internet using a Belkin54g plus router but my laptop can only have limited access. 
I have tried everything including restoring my computer, but it seems like I am the only one with the problem in my flat. 
Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

try using a wired connection (lan)

if it works then 

please check on device manager if drivers are installed

use cd provided from manufacturer and install if needed
