Connect but no internet

Hello,just got a dell laptop d600 have been using a wireless connection from across the street for the past few days with no problem,but now when i try it comes up "internet exploxer cannot display the webpage"but the connection is very good i am a beginner at this so any help would be appreciated.

do these steps:

ipconfig

ipconfig /all

ipconfig /renew
