My ipod touch is playing up

Hello,
When I enter itunes it indicates there is music on my ipod touch, but then I enter the music folder on my ipod touch ad it says: No music

What should I do? somebody please help me!!!! :S

Dear Sir,

This is may be because your itunes program is corrupted,

I will advise you to uninstall it and re-install itunes again!

Just download the latest version of itunes:
