Knowing a computer name over the Internet

Hello,
Could anyone tell me how to find out a PC name over the internet.
I keep receiving some kind of mail from someone with an unknown email address. I Need to know the computername of that person (to find out which of my friend is doing that).

Any dos command? or tool?

you cannot find that

but you can find the location of that person sending you emails
