F 10 = ROM based setup

Hello,


Turn on, screen comes on with massage F10 = Rom based setup, pressed F10 but can not go into bios
hear no beeps. is some one can help me, my laptop is hp nc6120.

Dear Bob,

Normally this could be a problem with your keyboard.

Check whether the F10 button works properly.

Still if it does work, please check if the keyboard starts working when you start the PC.
