Internet is on but i cant browse

Hello,
please help,am using windows vista home basic hp laptop 550 my internet is on but my internet explorer is not browsing the same problem with my mozilla firefox

Dear Sir,

Since the problem is similar on both browsers,

I will hence ask you to check out the connection configuration well.

There is a problem on the connection settings itself.
