I cannot connect to the internet

Hi i have a laptop, and it has wireless device but i cannot connect to the internet. It shows that it is connected but i cannot surf. Whenever i open a web site it says Web Page not available. I am using google chrome.

hi there,
press start +r same time

run will open

now type cmd

then ipconfig / release

ipconfig /renew
