No signal

Hello,
i just went to my pc switched it on at wall and it turned its self on whiich it never does all fans started goin and dont stop they just keep whirling away like when i normally turn it on but they usaully stop well slow down whilst it loads up when started normally and my monitor keeps saying no signal then turning its self off what could be my problem

remove your video card and clean it

or change it if no positive results after
