My systm is not starting

Hello,
im preetham,my pc is not starting normally.wen i switch on..i see a page displayed as"sorry for inconvenience,we dont knw the prblm...nd with..start windows in safe mode,last best known configuration,start windows normally..and wen i start with any of the mode...windows is restarting again with same page...so plzz help me out..

Dear Preeth,

Please access to your operating system in safe mode and do a system restore.

This should fix the problem. Get to 'All Programs', 'Accessories', 'System Tools'

and finally select 'System Restore'. This will allow you to access to Windows

normally.
