Problem with the Access Folder

Hello,
i have a big problem on my computre
since 6 monthes i hvae download the folder access on my computre and put my special photo and the lock the by password but know i am trying to unlock it by the same password bi\ut useless and i try to download it again and put the same password and again usless
please help me to resolve this problem i need my photos

Dear Nara,

Please access to the Add/Remove programs and remove the specific program.

This will actually deactivate the program. Then have access back to the files

that was contained in it.
