hi there,

as you already tested your usb port and checked the device on other pc

i will advise you to change the usb cable and go to disk management and

locate the external device there, you will find it in raw format

all you will have to do is to create a fresh partition

i have changed my usb cable for external but i cant find the location in disc management.
