Hello,
I was reverting my toshiba laptop L35 to factory default using the 2 discs to erase the programs and then suddenly it stoped after reching about 75% and said that file 32 was missing and needed to be installed for the machine to work . However I have tried and tried and the machine does't even turn on.The screen remains dark and the only cd that works is the same factory disc. I have windows xp in the laptop.
When it start working is only to tell me that I have to install file 32. However how can I put that file in a machine that not even turn on, and where do I get that file from ?. I'll appreciate your answer to this problem Thank you.
