Hello,
if i get an ethernet cabe and connect it from my laptop to my ps3, will that enable me to go online on the ps3?

hi there,

no it will not connect

but if you use a modem or a switch connect the cable from it to ps3

its easier and faster

thanks for your reply. sorry for being a bit computer illiterate tho but what is a switch & modem? thanks again.
