hey i did whatever u ra telling dude...but its not a solution.
Dude ... you have to format all the drive for that 1st u need to boot the motherboard , put 1st CD ROM 2nd HDD- 0
3rd Floopy is u are using that or Put disable

dude check its Configuration that if its a vista then u have to took at dell company
