USB open with

Hello,
I can no loner open my USB from "My computer" it comes up with a dialogue box listing all the program tio choose which one to open it with.
If I go to word or excel I can open it through that program if that is the file I need.
Any advice?

Dear Sir,

Please choose windows explorer or simply close it and

open it from My Computer.
