These are solutions if the issue is with your internet connection.
At the bottom right of your screen there should be a symbol for the internet connection in the toolbar. Right click it and there should be an option to Diagnose and Repair. If there is a problem with your connection, Windows will find it and present you with options for solving the problem. Clicking the bottom option to Reset the Local Area Network Connection (or an option reading similar to that) should solve the problem.
If it is an issue that you can't solve, contact your network administrator.
