Internet trouble

Hello,
does any body know why my yxtel 8502 wont let me conect to the internet and keeps coming up with gprs not subscribed ? does anyone know how t fix this problem and how to find out my phone's ip adress ?

Dear Rywi,

Please check the accurate settings for the phone from

your service provider and have the steps how to activate

it properly.
