Internet Connection Problem

Hello,

I have nokia n73M edition, I encountered problem regarding connection to the internet using Kcell internet (Kazakhstan Cellular), when connecting to the internet it seems connected showing white display and that's it and nothing else. I dont know what's the problem behind, while this mobile is working in the other country using the SIM card provided in the place where in.
