Hello,
I had a quick question regarding a Gateway laptop I have. When I turn it on, nothing comes on the screen, nothing beeps, and when the screen finally does power on, it cycles through colors: white, red, green, blue, white, grey and then black and then it cycles through it again a few seconds later. I can't go into the Bios because all it does is beep.
The only thing I can think of doing is pulling the hard drive, backing up the info, and maybe trying to run the Windows disk, although I don't think that will help since I can't even see it post. I appreciate any advice, though, so thanks in advance!!

This looks to be a hardware problem with the motherboard/video adapter.
