Internet connected cannot browse

Hello,
I have an ACER notebook. I cannot browse the internet with my ethernet wire. "explorer cannot display page". When I go to connections the LAN says connected, I have pinged the IP address and comes back fine but I cannot get onto the internet using my ethernet port. I can get onto the internet using the wireless card. I have deleted and imported the winsock files, released the IP address and renewed. LOST, PLEASE HELP

You might try to rollback the hardware driver for the ethernet card. It might be a driver problem.

Test to use ping to troubleshoot this network problem, hope able to help you.
