Logs out as soon as logs on

Hello,
My computer logs off as soon as itlogs on. I can't get into bios to run from the cd drive and the xp cd won't run. Can anyone help me?

Dear Sir,

Please check whether you can start in safe mode and hence carry

out a system restore to have the problem fixed.
