Hi there,
Check in the device manager by pressing start+r and enter this command 'devmgmg.msc'.Expand the list and check if the drivers are missing,if so it will be in triangle with an exclamation mark.o replace it you will have to use your driver cd and get it installed else if no driver cd available give the model of your system and series wil do necessary to provide you a download link for the driver.
